About the brand
On the border between Spain and France, the Basque coast is distinguished by its regional traditions and unique heritage. Renowned for its festive bullfights, which attract tourists from all over the country every year, this region also boasts a rich culinary tradition. Located between Biarritz and Bayonne, the village of Anglet lies at the heart of this culture and produces some of the best chili peppers in France. The sweet peppers of Anglet and Basque traditions inspired our Anglet perfume, a spicy and leathery fragrance, powerful and charismatic. A true tribute to the richness of a land situated between two nations.
We may not change the world... but it will smell better. Folia was born from a simple observation: niche perfumery has its codes, its fans... but also its limits. We wanted another way. It's a dialogue between the demands of a seasoned perfume brand creator and the expectations of Generation Z in search of meaning, style, and transparency. The result? Perfumes imagined differently: eco-designed, made in France, thought to smell good and be good (for you and for the planet). We're not here to change everything. We're just here to offer something better.
